The Bomb is our signature house medium roast. Developed by Lakhi in our Tezpur workshop, it is engineered for those who crave a full-bodied morning cup with zero harsh bitterness and lingering notes of Madagascar vanilla and bittersweet cocoa.
Every batch of Novair coffee is roasted on eco-friendly, zero-emission drum roasters. We roast by sensory curve — listening for the first crack, watching temperature rise by half-degrees, and testing each lot via strict cupping protocols before sealing.
